Restoration Community Church supports families on the mission field. All three missionary families have launched from the Charleston area.
James and Ashley Wing
Given the incredible history of Youth for Christ International and the Wings’ mutual desire to reach youth and share the story of Christ, YFCI was a natural choice. James and Ashley believe God’s call for them is to continue the current spiritual growth and spread YFCI programs on the island of Puerto Rico. They will be serving kids within their own communities and schools utilizing campus life, city life and juvenile justice ministries.
After devoting a year in language school, they will move to the island, equipped to share the gospel and show God’s love to the youth. They are leaving life in the states to finally follow God’s design and live for Christ! The Wings encourage you to share in their journey along the way!
Daniel and Laura Peal
After completing language school in Costa Rica and living in Honduras as YFC missionaries in 2017, the Peal family transitioned to a new assignment as Pioneer Coordinators for Youth For Christ in Puerto Rico in 2018. They are very excited to be a part of launching ministry on the island and look forward to working for the Lord to continue to build the YFC legacy around the world.
Daniel, Laura, and their daughter Josie look forward to experiencing the Lord move in and through them as they surrender their lives in radical obedience.
David and Mandy England
David and Mandy England are serving with Pioneers in Thailand. Through discipleship and church planting, they desire to see God build His church among the Isaan people. They are passionate about developing and translating resources for the Thai church and leading others in learning how to study the Bible.
David and Mandy have been married for over ten years, and they have four children: Sophie, Judah, Christian, and Silas. They are from Summerville, SC.
